On this week’s training, I’ll share an innovative open house technique that can get you some pretty significant results. I recently put a property on the market, held an open house with my strategy, and over 100 people came through the property. There were lines down the driveway, multiple visits from the same agents, and we ended up with multiple buyers who were very interested in buying. I held what I call a “power” open house where I got the right people in at the right time and was able to get fantastic results.
