I had some basic sales training and experience ahead of time. However, after a while, I found out that wasn’t enough in real estate. I needed a coach and mentor to keep me on track, to check in with periodically, to help me when I was struggling, and for many other reasons. Today I’m explaining why you truly do need a coach/mentor/trainer to be a successful real estate agent.

When I first got into real estate, I realized that those who sold the most houses (and made the most money) were never in the office. They were always out and about selling houses and making money. Why have an office then? Why not just work from home? In my experience, people are afraid to work from home because they don’t want to get sidetracked by distractions. But here’s the thing: Working in a designated office brings its own distractions, and there’s no money in keeping one.

As you’ll see in today’s video, there are plenty of benefits to working from home. I’ve worked from home for the past 16 years, and I’ll share the best practices to maximize your business without ever needing an office.
